ADHD counselling included with 18+ ADHD Assessment

ADHD counselling can be life-changing for many adults whose symptoms were overlooked during their early years.

An ADHD diagnosis itself can bring up complicated emotions—grief over lost opportunities, relief at finally understanding certain struggles, or anger over symptoms being misunderstood for so long.

We know that people who’ve participated in ADHD or ASD assessments may opt out of therapy due to finances. We believe that ADHD counselling is key to thriving post-diagnosis, offering essential skills, coping strategies, and emotional support.

That’s why we’re offering 4 ADHD counselling sessions completely free of charge following an ADHD diagnosis.

This free therapy for adults (18 years+) is provided by student or pre-accredited therapists who are completing their training with recognised and accredited degree courses (at graduate and postgraduate level) or are working towards professional accreditation.

All therapists providing free counselling are under professional supervision. They’re members of professionally approved accrediting bodies of counselling, psychotherapy and psychology in Ireland.
