At BetterCare™ our Adult Mental Health Screening consists of a consultation with a Clinical Psychologist. This consultation is a 50 minute online interview-like assessment that screens every area of adult psychological difficulty. (Reports Provided) The results of this screening process provides clarity to adults regarding their day-to-day challenges, this offers adults an opportunity to raise their self-awareness and self-understanding and fosters growth towards self-acceptance. This assessment is a prelude to a journey toward self discovery and emphasises areas where further investigation and possible treatments may be beneficial. It is important to manage expectations during this assessment- please consider that the process and results can cause mixed emotions and can have both negative and positive outcomes. Client's on a journey from self-understanding to self-acceptance may benefit from our low cost counselling services to help manage outcomes and emotions during and after their Adult Mental Health screening.
