Clinical/Counselling Psychology for Children (4+), Adolescents and Adults is an essential part of our multidisciplinary mental health team. Our Psychologists assist clients in understanding and managing their psychological problems and work with issues such as; Gender/ Sexuality issues, Interpersonal difficulties, relationship difficulties, parenting difficulties, quality of life issues, self esteem and sexual problems, trauma, abuse, suicidal ideation, suicidality, mood disorders such as Depression/Anxieties i.e. (General anxiety disorder, Panic attacks, Social anxiety disorder), personality disorders- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder(OCD) and addictions. In addition, our Psychologists can carry out psychological assessments (4yrs +) assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders(ADHD)( 6yrs+). What to Expect? 1st- Select Book Now above and choose your date/time and available therapist- Select Next to add your details and select Book Now to confirm & pay 2nd - You'll receive a document which includes (a) An informed Consent Form (b) Intake/Screening Form to be returned. The information included will highlight your rights to privacy and confidentiality. The information you provide allows us confirm you're matched to a suitable practitioner. 3rd- Next you will receive our counselling contract for your information, protection and to confirm your appointment's terms & conditions. 4th- Next you will receive a weekly recurring invoice for your selected service and practitioner. This invoice includes convenient options for secure weekly payment handling. Please note; -Rest Assured following assessment, the service suitability will be confirmed, if necessary you will be informed and redirected within BetterCare™ and any fees paid will be validated before you commence.

Cancellation Policy

- All sessions booked online are fully refundable prior to entering contracts - There is a no fee cancellation / full refund (excluding third party card processing fees) available before entering contracts or if BetterCare™ can not pair you with a suitable practitioner. - There is a no fee cancellation / full refund (excluding third party card processing fees) available if you have booked a service inappropriate for your needs (determined following screening) - BetterCare™ will honour & validate all fees paid during re-referral process - Cancellation of a weekly appointment requires minimum 72 hours notice or the charge will still apply - Rescheduling requires 72 hours notice or appointment fee will still apply
