What is Family & Group Therapy?

Family & Group therapy involves treating family or group members collectively to address issues affecting the health and functioning of the family/group.

It focuses on improving communication, solving family/group problems, understanding and handling special family/group situations, and creating a better functioning environment.

In our Family & Group therapy sessions, we work to improve positive thinking and behaviours in a safe, supportive and collaborative environment where every participant can feel heard and understood .

We will help you “re-frame” reactions and provide you with valuable tools to foster growth and resolutions to Inter-personal difficulties.
